PORTLAND OREGON CLASSICAL CHINESE GARDEN 4/03/09 from Sandra Miller on Vimeo.

This video has audio as well.

Yesterday, Steve and I went for a long walk downtown….well Steves walk was longer than mine for sure. As we passed Chinatown and with my new video camera in hand……I insisted Steve go on his longer walk and I stay at the garden.

Wow am I glad I did. All the Tree Peonies, magnolias, Rhodies and maples were in spring splendor!!!! I had a ball playing with the camera and the settings. I still need to work on the steadiness but I guess that will come in time. I think I’m being so solid/steady yet still get that camera shake….but it’s much improved

When the Chinese Garden Video is finished you will see links to another one called “After the Rain”.  This is of my garden and dogs etc.  I took the photos this weekend as well.

I watched that video twice. I bet it was awesome to walk through there in person.
    Good job, as usual.
