I hope you all have had an incredible Christmas with family and friends!!! Steve and I just chilled out here ..basically snowed in with no presents to exchange. My main present to him is at the PO Box downtown and it’s too risky to drive over the hills yet to pick it up. Since I didn’t have his…he wouldn’t give me mine…so here we sit..lol!
I did have one present to give him which is above. I left it up on the computer screen for Steve to discover. This is our old girl Meg…the last of our Vincent daughters……silver muzzle and all. I’ve been working on this paintin forever it seems and am so glad to finally have the chance to show it to someone!! This will also be offered as a print very soon. I adore the soft washes in this one. Merry Xmas Steve!!

So the photos above and below are how we shared our Xmas long distance with family. I recently got an ISight web cam for the new computer and am so hooked. I had no idea how much I loved it until my brother brought his laptop to moms in Minnesota and my whole family who was celebrating at moms got to say hello and chat live online. You can see me taking pix of them..hee hee hee!!! I have a few here I wish I could post but they would kill me!!

It’s super hard being so far away from my family during the holidays as I know it is for Steve too with his family being in northern Minnesota. We always find ways to make due though and the web cam has proven it’s weight in gold this year!!!

We had to do the same thing as my Daughter in law was unable to come. My SOn in law came home from Iraq last week so my Grandbaby got the best present EVER! Her Daddy!
