An angry sky and BEST OF the squirrel cam today

A mean sky....taken with the Iphone after a hail storm

What a beautiful day it started out to be, then it poured, then it hailed , then the sun came out, then it snowed a few flakes..then back to sun again!! It got to nearly 50 degrees today!! We must be living in the Pacific NW!!

I took this photo above as we were coming home from an awesome Korean restaurant.  Had some of the best Bulgogi pork I have ever eaten in a wonderful bento box full of a variety of Kimchee and other goodies!! Just a perfect lunch with my hubby who is on vacation!

Took this while watching my new wildlife cam

CHECK OUT THAT FANCY TAIL!! HE IS ABOUT 5 FEET FROM MY STUDIO WINDOW

So today was the groundbreaking first LIVE broadcast from my Studio Cam….I am just experimenting around right now  with times of day to broadcast and rearranging bird feeders etc but you can catch me with the squirrels and my dogs outside  (or creating stuff in the studio) from 9:00 AM PST until NOON weekdays!!!  When I see something interesting outside I will pop in with the audio so have your volume turned on.

Crazy squirrel!!! On my windchime

As I was sitting in the window talking to my cam visitors this morning, one of the crazy squirrels decided to climb onto my fused glass windchime. The circles are suspended from a big hunk of driftwood which he thought was a stationary branch apparently.  The sound those chimes made was deafening as he tried to balance and not fall.  My dogs were below so he was working it for all he was worth!!

I grabbed the camera, shooed the dogs inside and he was literally FROZEN in place in a perfect balancing act.  Finally after about 5 minutes he got up the nerve to slink off carefully as the chime drifted closer towards a branch.  WHEW .  That was one happy squirrel  to get off of that wild carnival ride!!
