Autumn in Chowland can be a frustrating time of year…my old girl Meg was sleeping in the chilly sun yesterday and I quick GRABBED the camera just in time to catch her getting up to shake all the maple leaves off her coat. She was NOT amused at my being in her face with the lens.
Meg was a pretty good sport …I was laughing so hard I could hardly take the photos. She was still in a sleep coma here and not sure why I was paying so much attention to her………..
Until the leaf dipped down over one eye like a perfectly placed Mae West hat! She started yawning over and over to get it to move….finally she came to her senses and shook it off.
Of course Meg and Lillian both got treats…..they always get treats for being cute…lol!
Have a wonderful week everyone. New stuff being posted on the website daily!!! http://www.graffitijewelry.com
Thanks for the laugh!! Chows are so funny!!
Good morning Kris!!!! Give Ivy and Sienna a big kiss for me!!!! Sounds like you are getting some very chilly weather there!
It is amazing how our chows indulge us with things to make us laugh. She shouold be the poster child for “Fall 2008″Karen
I know Karen…her patience was amazing…especially when I was laughing so hard. She actually was embarassed and came to me later and pushed her head into me for a “hug”….just like Vincent used to do. Of course then I had to cry and confused her more..lol! My dogs and I are both saps!! Good to see ya here Karen!!
Oh Meg, that is so cute!! I’m glad you were able to catch it! My dogs are starting to walk away when they see the camera come out!
ROTFL!!!!! Cathy I can envision the chowdren taking one look at you wiht yoru new toy and saying RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dogs do the same thing. They are captive models and many times not so willing models at that…lol! You gave me a great laugh!
Oh I’ve loved this girl every since she was a puppy. She is such a sweetheart.
I remember M-S you wanted to take her away when you came to visit!!! She reminds me more of Hanna than any other girl we’ve had.
