Can you believe it???? Vincent has been gone for years now and in 2008 has sired 2 beautiful litters of puppies from his frozen “swimmers”. In the dog world we call these special babies “Pupsicles”. They were conceived via artificial insemination.
Pauline (Mayjo Chows) in the U.K. bred her beautiful girl “Abbi” and got an astonishing litter of SIX BOYS…4 roughs and 2 smooth coated babies which is a rare occurance when both parents are rough coats (long haired). Both mom and dad both have smooth way back in their pedigree so it looks as though these two nudenicks were wading in the smooth end of the genepool…lol! They are identical twins!!
The little fella just makes me chuckle at his BIG DOG expression and attitude in that little package. They are all stunning Pauline!!!! The only place I can fault them is that I don’t have one here to play with!!! LOL!
Congratulations on a job well done raising 6 such wonderful little men!! I can’t believe you got them to stay still for the photos.
They are beautiful!!!!!!! You should be so proud! It’s amazing to see Vinnie babies after all this time. Can’t wait to see what they will do.
Where in the UK do they live and are they 4 sale dare I ask !
They do look tempting….
Oh wow, they are nice. OK… we need to kidnaps some of these kids and bring them over here! That little dark red boy in the middle just grabs my heart.
Hi Cathy and Marius……….OH I would have LOVED for you to have had one of these babies Marius. You could even learn how to show dogs!! LOL! Honestly it is a lot of fun!!
Sorry to say they are all spoken for but Pauline will be having more babies in the near future.
I”ll find what town the breeder is in. Maybe if you live close to her you can at least visit my grandchowdren someday!
Cathy dont they look familiar??????? I see so much of our dear Vinnie in them all.
Hi Mary Susan…you snuck in while I was posting my reply..lol!! Isn’t that little boy a cutie patootie!!!!??? Small but mighty! He reminds me of Punky in some ways. To those out of the dog genepool loop….Punky was the foundation sire to many of our lines we are working with today from Ruth Kepner in Minnesota. A fantastic dog in his day.
Sandy I was thinking the same thing about that little guy. Koz really had that look as a baby, although he was much bigger. Very cool!
Oh heavens yes………Koz and Cos-B both looked like that (Punky offspring/grandkids)
Hi Sandra take it from me those puppies are gorgeous having seen and held the smoothies in my hands. i was in Edinburgh for the day if you ever get over go see tne dungeons its fun. But anyway I called round to Pauline’s and saw all the boys eating and playing they were so full of energy it would make you tired watching them.
Oh my Liz……….I bet you had such a great time playing with the babies!!! How I wish I could have come over to see them before they all went to homes. From what I have been seeing in the photos they are exactly what I expected in this combination of pedigrees. I am so very very pleased.
Thank you for letting me know you had your hands on them. Pauline has been sending me lots of updates too which has been wonderful.
awwwwwwwwww…are these the babies we talked about before. they are incredible!!!!!! i do see Punky in that dark little guy. and then i see alot of your imprint on them. great little guys!!!!
ooops….sent before i was done. is this the Pauline who has Tibbies too>>>>??
Sandy~These are so beautiful. Reminds me of good times at Diana’s house with all her puppies and they look so much like hers. But then they should! Love the little dark red guy. Know that was the color I always “saw first” at Diana’s. Could it be because of all the mahogany Maine Coons I bred? Had forgotten about Punky.. talk about the “good old days”!
Hi Kathleen, No I am not the Pauline that has tibbies, she is a friend of ours. She lives in the south of England and we live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Thanks for the lovely comments about our boys.
Thanks Pauline…..i know there were a few of you Paulines over there and then our beloved Pauline near saskatchewan!!!!! you have the most gorgeous babies there. each one looks just wonderful!!!!!!!
WOW!!! What a beautiful litter of Vinnie babies. I think you just might have to plan another trip abroad! What a tribute to your beautiful boy.
Words do not do justice to how cute they are. I just wish technology was more touchy-feely so I could reach up to my screen and feel them. Those smooth twins look like velvet. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Pauline, Kathe, Claudia,Kris, and Nan!! It’s so exciting to see you all here!!! Kris I know…we need scratch and sniff (puppy breath) internet!! Gawd that would be great.
Claudia I would love to see a photo of one of those kittens!!
That was the plan Nan!!! We tried to book a ticket over but the puppies were spoken for . Popular litter!! I’m so proud of what Vincent and Abbi produced. This is some of the very last of our frozen on Vincent….which makes the puppies all the more valuable to carry on those genes.
I agree we know a lot of Paulines in the U.K. and Canada Kathe. A very popular name !
I sure would love to follow these puppies careers and see how they do over there. i bet they will be show stoppers to the MAX. i hope whoever has one breeds it with alot of care ……these boys have the best of chows on both sides!!!!!
2 of the pups are coming back to stay for a week. The tiny one and the biggest of the roughs. I am really looking forward to seeing them and how they have grown.
Does anyone else have any experience with this?
