FUN NEW WINDCHARMS..THINKING SPRING!!

Panda and Poppies Windcharm

I have been working in 10 different directions at once with my glass these past few weeks. The process of getting jewelry done from start to finish is quite lengthy and I am just too antsy during these firing stages to wait any longer!!

So to pass the time inbetween firings I do design work in my sketch book.  Many of you may remember my Chow Windcharms of years  ago.  Well I decided to revive those popular home and garden decor designs with a new twist!!!

Here is an example of what I have been working on.  This awesome piece will be available very soon (if I can part with him!) lol!  The entire design measures about 38″ long and 5″ wide.  Perfect for in the garden or hanging in your home.  It is completely weatherproof  and stunning when the light is hitting it.

I will have florals, dragonflies, chows, more pandas, koi….whatever my muses are in the mood for!

Hope you all have a super weekend.  My squirrel is praying for sun and a feeder full of hazelnuts for Easter.  Have a safe and happy holiday weekend!!

loved the windcharms of long ago…..such color and brilliance with the sun hitting thejewels you incorporated. this one ….the Panda…..is exquisite. i can imagine a million directions to go with these…….so may sculptural, jewelry, wire work and painting ideas all melded into one great flowing and magical design. this is the thing for spring and summer. perfecto!!!!! way to go, sister artist!!!!!

OH! and is it the light?….or is there an almost fur like texture in the Panda’s coat???? these are the little touches that add the magic. Im always looking forward to what you are up to.
