7.Women are not allowed to talk to monks and Buddhist monks are not allowed to touch woman or take something from woman hands. If a woman intends to give something to a monk she should hand it to a male companion who then passes it on to the monk.

8.Hospitality business personnel earn small wages .Tips will be welcomed; but leaving coins as tip is considered “ bad mannered “ and disrespectful.

10.There are 3 different beach flags. GREEN : swimming allowed.
YELLOW : be aware, the sea is rough. RED : swimming not allowed. Night swim is not good idea either.
