DETERMINATION!
Today my Chow girl Lillian stood vigil for 2 hours watching this squirrel in the tree…hoping it would fall out of it I guess…LOL!
The squirrel was as motionless as Lil and finally they both gave up and took a nap.

Thanks for your comments you guys!!! Our trees are very tall and Lillian is yet to catch one, but she sure makes an effort!
She also sits under the bird feeder waiting but just end up covered in seed....then comes in the house and """""Shakes"""""" them out of her coat all over my floor! I do love the silly girl!!!
