Botswana sunset
I have never seen the sun set as fast as we witnessed in Africa during the winter months. One moment it is there….the next it is completely gone!
This beautiful scene was captured our first night in Botswana on an evening game viewing drive with our private tracker and driver. They had stopped the vehicle to set up a mini picnic of wine and snacks to watch the sun set. We were in the middle of nowhere.
For those in the US who have not had the opportunity to visit Botswana….it is the equivilant of being taken by a puddle jumper plane and dropped off in the middle of Alaska wilderness. The whole experience was incredible humbling
