"WOOF" in the crisp morning air
Sweet old Wanda was feeling so good this morning. I even caught her rolling on her back which I hadn’t seen her do in at least 3 years!
(I lost my wonderful companion one week after this shot was taken……. and of all the photos I have taken of the old girl…this is the way I will remember her most. Woofing at the squirrels with her buddy Lillian every morning when I let them out)

So sorry about your baby Wanda. It's so difficult to lose a pet, and your loss is so recent. This is a lovely way to memorialize her--by remembering her like this, you will forever keep her alive in your heart during a moment in time when she was happiest. Please take care of your broken heart, as Wanda is now healthy and happy, chasing squirrels all over Doggie-Heaven.

great capture, this is a keepsake for your heart. I hope time helps; she will be with you in spirit always, like that frosty mist.
Thank you for sharing this; it's really special.

It's a great shot and I'm glad you caught it just before you lost your old friend.

Thank you all so very very much for your kind words about my Wanda. I am so glad I have lots of photos of her and so appreciate you all leaving comments. It takes away the sting of losing her so recently to share my memories .
