FEMALE LEOPARD IN NXABEGA CAMP IN BOTSWANA AFRICA

Thank you my friends for all the kudos and invites on this image. I can still see that beautiful female leopard staring at us…then her kill on the ground that the hyena stole from her. She was so exhausted and hungry…I wanted to help her so bad. The next day we found her mate has stolen the kill from the hyena and hid it in a tree but would not let her near it either. Poor girl~

Poor thing! She looks so regal in her tree! The sky contrasting with her fur is so stunning!
