No Mam, sorry to blow your bubble on this one, but this is a even far more exotic bird than what you have it down here for, this is a White-headed Vulture (Trigonoceps occipitalis) and they are incredibly scarce! WOW!

I was about to say this looks like a White-headed Vulture rather than an African Fish-Eagle, but then I saw that Bhubezi-Jake has already said it. Would you mind removing the "Haliaeetus vocifer" and "African Fish-Eagle" tags so it comes up correctly on searches? I've added the correct tags. Thanks. Nice photo by the way!
