Possibly a Victoria Crowned Pigeon. I required some assistance too: www.flickr.com/photos/sh0rty/459594323/ Google image search "victoria crowned pigeon" including the double quotes and that's what a lot of people have labelled it as so it must be right!

Close, it is a crowned pigeon but it is a southern crowned pigeon (Goura scheepmakeri sclaterii), not a Victoria. The maroon chest and lack of white tips to the crown feathers are the easiest two distinguishing features. The Victoria crowned pigeon has a much lighter maroon chest and has white tips to the crown feathers. The western crowned pigeon doesn't have either white crown feather tips or a maroon chest.
